Another step in the sensible direction. YES! I ALMOST FORGOT WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO CHEER FOR A DEMOCRAT. I hope this can garner some momentum, because without overwhelming popular support there is no way it will get through Congress or many state legislatures whose members are all happy to wallow in corporate campaign cash.  Though I can see Democrats getting behind this amendment quickly if current projections of private money that will enter campaign coffers on the behalf of Republicans turn out to be true.
